The hotel's location was convenient, with attractions like Taj Mahal and Red Fort nearby. The market area was also in close proximity, making it easy to explore. The room was clean and free of bugs or cockroaches. The manager was helpful and responsive, addressing any issues promptly.

The hotel location was great, just a short walk to the main tourist attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities you would expect. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of food items to choose from. it was a decent stay for the price.

There were a few negatives during my stay. The hotel staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, they seemed disinterested in providing good customer service.

There are plenty of food places nearby, including a great bakery recommended by previous guests. the staff is friendly and thoughtful, with one guest mentioning that they provided an extra blanket and helped them secure their luggage. the rooms are well-furnished and reasonably clean, with some guests reporting hot water available in the bathroom.

One guest reported uncomfortable beds and little cockroaches in their ordinary room.

The staff at this hotel is simply amazing! They are very friendly and accommodating, always willing to lend a helping hand. the rooms are clean and well, furnished with a comfortable bed. the location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the hot water is simply amazing , the perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The only downside to this hotel is the lack of Wi, Fi in the rooms, which was advertised on the website. the lobby has free Wi, Fi, but it can be inconvenient to have to go downstairs every time you need to use it.
